The qualities you don't see in contractors any more: Trying to earn your business (vs acting like they are doing you a favor to take your money); committing to a show up date (vs 'we are super busy -- give us a deposit and we'll get out there when we can'); showing up when promised; completing on time; and cleaning up the entire job site!
We would use then again for any major landscaping and/or shoreline work!
